A Workshop: Gardening in Small Spaces and Containers

Hosted by the Vermont Community Garden Network, the 7th Annual Burlington Seed Swap is a free community event which celebrates spring and the coming growing season. The Seed Swap aims to bring gardeners together to share seeds, garden know-how and to celebrate community. From 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM, Julie Rubaud, owner of Red Wagon Plants will be presenting on how to garden in small spaces and containers. In this workshop, Julie will discuss ways to maximize gardening pleasure and increase the yield of harvests in small spaces including container gardens, windowsill herbs, and raised beds. Please join Julie in this fun and easy-going workshop that is a great addition to an activity-filled day.
