Fire Cider

Looking for a homemade way to keep the winter chills and ills at bay? Fire Cider is a traditional folk remedy that blends spicy culinary staples with apple cider vinegar and honey to create a delicious, toe-tingling tonic that can be drunk throughout the cold Vermont winter. Join herbalist and Red Wagon employee Sophie Cassel to learn about the healing properties of herbs and vegetables you likely have in your pantry and garden! Participants will leave with a jar of their own custom-made Fire Cider and a deepened appreciation for everyday kitchen medicine.

Workshop fee is $35 and includes all the materials you will need to make your own blend to take home as well as a handout that explains it all.
