We're pairing two of our favorite things about summer – grilling and fresh herbs – in a special evening of cooking, eating and learning. Led by Molly Stevens, award-winning cookbook author, and Julie Rubuad, owner of Red Wagon Plants, this dinner/workshop will explore many creative ways to use fresh herbs to add flavor and excitement to your grilling routines. We'll provide herb gardening tips and talk about pairing herbs with other ingredients. We'll also cover the basics of grilling over charcoal and how easy it can be. Together we will create and share a delectable summer dinner including locally-raised meats, vegetables and plenty of fresh herbs. Participants will come away with new inspiration – and confidence – for the summer grilling and growing season. Space is limited, so please register early.
