Garam Tava Club is a queer woman-owned catering company and pop-up rooted in the flavors of western India.

The reception so far has been incredible for this particular style of Indian food crafted with authenticity.

Every masala, bread, filling, and chutney is made fresh and in-house for each event. We work slowly and intentionally, sourcing the freshest ingredients we can find, guided by the belief that food tastes best when it’s alive, blended, toasted, ground, and shaped by hand.
We are offering both pre-order and dine-in options of as little or as much as you might like of the five menu items, and always a few stellar traditional desserts to follow.
You’ll find us at Red Wagon Plants in Hinesburg, with a rotating cast of drinks from Savouré soda and seltzers to local beers.

Pre-order online is optional but helpful. Walk-ins welcome. Limited seating indoors and take out is available.
