Make a planter with shade loving plants to decorate your porch or to brighten a shady corner of the yard. We will provide an array of plants and materials and Hope will guide you through the design and planting process. She will also cover maintenance practices and how to keep your beautiful planter thriving all season long.

Hope Johnson has been a professional gardener for over fifteen years and an artist all of her life. She is inspired by the geometry of patterns in nature and uses color and patterns in both her garden design and quilt work.

Cancellation Policy

All workshop registrations are final and non-refundable.

In the event that a class is canceled by us due to bad weather, low enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible by email and issue a full refund.

If you cannot attend the class you registered for, you are welcome to transfer your reservation to someone else. Please provide us with their name and email address in advance.
